1. Have a Partner

Bring a colleague along for support. Take pressure off the presenter and have someone monitor questions from the audience, handle logistics, and troubleshoot technical issues. This lets the presenter focus on the seminar content and connect with the audience.

2. Prepare Questions in Advance

Preparing questions or insights ahead of time can encourage the audience to ask their own and even account for time lapses. Having team members ask questions also breaks any barriers or uncomfortability from the audience

3. Do a Practice Run

Spend time in the presentation space and with the technology. Give yourself a chance to get used to the space, make sure the technology works, and ensure you know the material so you come across as the expert you are.
